The Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lead Generation Intern to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of B2B lead generation and recruitment business development, working alongside our experienced team.

Responsibilities

- Research & Identify Leads — Research potential clients and key decision-makers across various industries
- Data Collection — Compile and maintain a database of leads, including contact details, company information and relevant notes
- Cold Calling — Reach out to potential leads, introduce our services, and gauge interest
- Email Outreach — Help create and run email campaigns to generate interest and qualify leads
- Follow-Up — Coordinate follow-up activity,



including scheduling meetings or calls for the sales team
- Market Analysis — Support the team in tracking market trends and spotting new lead generation opportunities
- CRM Management — Keep lead information accurate and up to date in the CRM system
- Reporting — Provide regular updates on lead generation activity and outcomes

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Solid research skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting email outreach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
