Senior Manager – ServiceNow / GIS

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15+ Years overall | 12+ Years ServiceNow | 8+ Years Architecture

CTC: Up to ₹65 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow technology leader to drive platform strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for a large-scale ServiceNow workplace.

The role involves working with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and external partners to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, stable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, and technical delivery .
- Design and review scalable ServiceNow solutions and ensure adherence to platform standards.
- Drive governance, best practices, platform performance, and technical debt reduction.
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow technical teams.
- Manage delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, vendors, and business teams.




- Support enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation and platform adoption.
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow capabilities.

Mandatory Experience

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in: ITOM, SecOps, & HRSD
- Experience managing large/global ServiceNow environments .
- Experience working with multiple delivery partners/vendors .
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and technical leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

Preferred

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS / CTA certifications.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
