Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator – L2 to manage enterprise storage environments, handle complex storage issues, support data migration and performance optimization, and contribute to disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise storage environments.
- Perform storage provisioning and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot complex storage-related incidents.
- Execute and support data migration activities.
- Perform storage performance monitoring and optimization.
- Support disaster recovery activities.
- Analyze storage issues and coordinate with relevant infrastructure teams.
- Maintain operational documentation and incident records.
