Creative Strategist and Campaigns ManagerRole OverviewWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist and campaigns manager who can shape the creative direction and content roadmap for brands across multiple industries. This role is for someone who thinks like a strategist but writes like a creator, someone who understands platform behavior, brand tone, audience triggers, and storytelling formats across Instagram, YouTube, and more.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead creative strategy for brand campaigns, digital series, and social-first content piecesBuild content calendars, channel strategies, and creative decks that align with business objectivesTranslate briefs into sharp, actionable content ideas across genres and formatsWork closely with Creative Directors, Writers, and Video Teams to bring concepts to lifeAnalyze platform trends, audience behavior,



and content performance to optimize content plansCraft and refine brand voice guidelines tailored for video contentPresent strategies and campaign ideas to clients and internal teamsContribute to pitch decks and creative proposals for recent business opportunitiesQualifications:Have 4–7 years of experience instrategy, digital marketing, or agency-side creative planningHave worked on brand campaigns, digital content, or social media storytellingCan balance creativity with analytics, using performance data to inform strategyUnderstand how to position content differently across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.Know how to brief creators, copywriters, and video teams effectivelyAre comfortable presenting and owning rooms, client-facing experience is a plusStay updated with trends, meme culture, and emerging formats in digital contentBonus Points:Background in video content, branded storytelling, or influencer-led campaignsExperience working with fashion, fintech, or lifestyle brandsStrong copywriting or scripting abilitiesEmployment Type: Full Time (Work from office)Location: Andheri East
