We are a professional services organization dedicated to delivering outstanding results for our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Regional Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a portfolio of hotels across the United States. This role requires strong hands-on accounting expertise, leadership capability, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during overlapping U.S. Eastern Time hours.Key Responsibilities· Manage 5-8 hotel portfolios and monthly financial close - Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and bank reconciliations · Participate in owner and GM review calls alongside the VP of Operations, providing financial detail,



context, and analysis as needed - Serve as secondary point of contact for property GMs on day-to-day financial questions and reporting matters, escalating to VP of Operations on owner-facing or sensitive matters - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with GMs and VP of Operations- Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and owner reporting packages - Own daily, monthly, and annual financial close across all properties using accounting core system- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and franchise reporting requirements - Support audits, tax filings, insurance, and lender reporting - Create and enforce accounting SOPs and internal controls - Mentor Assistant Controllers, Senior Accountants, and Staff Accountants - Coordinate transitions for current hotel acquisitions and openings - Assist with cash management and capital project trackingQualifications- 5+ years of hospitality accounting experience- Prior Controller, Director of Finance, or similar experience (REQUIRED)- Strong understanding of hotel financial reporting- Excellent communication and leadership skills- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent preferredWhy Join ProfitFlowFlex· Compensation: ₹8 LPA - ₹11 LPA (CTC), based on qualifications, hospitality experience, and overall fit. - Fully remote work arrangement from India. - Direct exposure to U.S. hospitality ownership and operations. - Significant career development and leadership growth opportunities. - Opportunity to build and shape a growing India finance function. - High-impact role with visibility to senior leadership and clients.To Apply: [email protected] more company detail: www.ProfitFlowFLex.Com
