Core Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee processes, including crushing, Sieving, and Packing.
- Target Management: Ensure shift production targets are met while optimising power and raw material consumption.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a shift of 30-40 workers; manage schedules and labour productivity.
- Safety & Quality: Enforce strict PPE usage and HSE protocols. Monitor inter-process QC to maintain Quality.
- Reporting: Maintain shift logs and report equipment abnormalities to the maintenance team.
Required Skills
- Technical: Hands-on experience in crushing/powder manufacturing.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure environments and lead ground-level staff effectively.
- Safety Standards: Familiarity with QHSE standards.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Khopoli (Raigad)
Education: 10th Pass
CTC Range - 3 lacs to 3.5 lacs
