Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an inbound customer support process. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding queries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Follow company quality and process guidelines.




- Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Age: 18–30 years.

Salary & Perks

- ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 In-hand per month
- Night shift allowance as applicable.
- Split shift allowance as applicable.
