About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Executive Assistant** to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing schedules, documentation, and coordination while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.

* Prepare and maintain **Minutes of Meeting (MOM)**, reports, and key documentation.

* Schedule meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Handle official correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of management.

* Assist in administrative, operational, and social/community-related activities as assigned.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth business operations.

* Maintain confidential records and documents with accuracy.

Requirements





* Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

* **4–5 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

* Excellent knowledge of **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* **Gujarati drafting and written communication skills are mandatory.**

* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to prepare professional reports and **Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)**.

* **Driving skills with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.**
