Live Streaming Recruitment Executive – Telecalling
About the Role

Boostnewtech Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Live Streaming Recruitment Executive to join our team.

The role involves contacting potential candidates/users by phone, explaining our live-streaming opportunities, answering basic questions, following up with interested candidates, and assisting them with the registration and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential candidates.

- Explain live-streaming job opportunities clearly and professionally.

- Answer candidate questions and provide accurate information.

- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process.

- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and candidate status.

- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling/recruitment targets.

- Maintain professional communication with all candidates.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and/or English.





- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and internet applications.

- Ability to explain information clearly.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Comfortable with calling and follow-up work.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer support, sales or business development will be an advantage.
