Inventory, Pricing, Loyalty, Customer, Payment, and Omnichannel platforms. • Strong understanding of retail business processes including Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory, and Store Operations. • Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities. • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, hypercare, and post-production stabilization. • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience delivering solutions in global retail environments. • Preferred Skills: Experience with XStore upgrades, modernization programs, POSLog, DTX messaging, XOCS/SIOCS integrations, and large-scale retail transformation initiatives.
