? We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 58 (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹3–4 LPA

At PURESTA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (SkinQ & SkinQ Rx) , we are building fast-growing D2C beauty brands focused on science-backed skincare and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for Customer Support Executives who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with customers, and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on sales and conversions .

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and dispatch status
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products
- Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers and leads to drive conversions and successful orders
- Handle customer objections and work towards achieving conversion targets
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, pricing, offers, and orders
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions,



and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
- Meet assigned daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience

✅ What We're Looking For:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in Customer Support and Tele Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing, sales, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to handle customer objections and drive conversions
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfortable working from our Gurgaon (Sector 58) office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
