Role Overview

We are looking for a VIP Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white-glove IT support to senior executives and VIP users. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills combined with excellent communication, customer handling, and the ability to resolve high-priority issues with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and VIP users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and network issues.
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Provide support for Microsoft Teams and video conferencing .
- Manage and support executive meeting rooms.




- Handle high-priority escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Minimize downtime for critical/VIP users.
- Coordinate with relevant infrastructure and application teams for complex issues.
- Maintain qualified communication and provide regular updates to VIP users.
