- Provide career guidance and counselling to students.

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.

- Help students identify their interests, strengths, abilities, and career goals.

- Provide guidance on higher education options, courses, entrance examinations, and career pathways.

- Conduct career awareness sessions, workshops, and aptitude-related activities.

- Support students in academic and career decision-making.

- Maintain confidential student counselling records.

- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school leadership when required.

- Stay updated on higher education opportunities and changing career trends.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Career Guidance, Education, or a relevant field.

- Relevant certification/training in career counselling is preferred.

- Prior experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.

- Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with adolescents and young adults.

- Good knowledge of higher education and career pathways in India and abroad.
