JD- Senior Visual Content Lead – Motion & Video
Analyse Digital is a performance marketing and analytics-driven company managing and
working with 30+ leading clients across real estate, NBFC, healthcare, education, FMCG, and
media. The company specializes in SEO, Content creation, Marketing strategy, analytics, and
digital growth, driving millions of website visits and enquiries through data-led strategies.
Our team leverages advanced tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Tableau, Mixpanel, Google
Analytics, and Ahrefs.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Motion Designer and Video Editor to lead our visual content
production as we expand our video-first content strategy. This role will oversee all motion and
video projects while men

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, and Creative Suite
• Solid portfolio demonstrating versatility across content types (social media, brand
videos, motion graphics)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization strategies
• Experience mentoring or training team members
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and audio mixing
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Descript, etc.)
• Basic videography or cinematography skills
• Experience in agency or fast-paced brand environment
