We are seeking a dynamic and learner-focused Sales Executive to drive enrolments for E&ICT; Academy, IIT Kanpur’s educational offerings. The ideal candidate will proactively engage prospective learners, guide them towards the right courses, and ensure a high standard of service throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Engagement: Achieve daily communication targets by making outbound calls to assigned leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.

- Course Guidance: Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs aligned with their career goals and background.

- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional or alternative programs that enhance learner value.

- Process Adherence & Reporting:



Follow internal sales processes diligently and maintain accurate, timely reports of daily activities.

- Learner-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional service by understanding and addressing learner expectations effectively.

- Issue Resolution: Handle queries and escalations promptly to ensure high learner satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech counselling or consultative sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred) and reporting systems
