Job Description:

- Oversee daily mall operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with tenants for issue resolution and store compliance.
- Manage house keeping, security and maintenace team.
- Monitor facilities including HVAC,elevator, escalators and utilities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
- Supervise vendors and ensure SLA compliance, ensure safety protocols and regulatory complaince.
- Support mall events and promotional activities.

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in mall operations/facility management/mall operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
