CA Finalist / Semi-Qualified CA / Audit Assistant

Engagement: Assignment / Project Basis

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant audit experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CA Finalist, Semi-Qualified CA or Audit Qualified to associate with us on an assignment basis for various audit and assurance engagements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling audit assignments and be capable of independently executing assigned areas of work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently execute assigned audit procedures and audit areas.
- Conduct vouching, verification, ledger scrutiny and substantive testing.
- Review financial statements, books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Perform audit of revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, cash and bank balances, etc.
- Perform internal audit and internal control reviews.
- Identify accounting, process and control weaknesses and document audit observations.
- Prepare comprehensive audit working papers and supporting documentation.




- Assist in preparation of audit reports, management observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate directly with client personnel for information, explanations and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned audit deliverables.
- Review work performed by junior team members, where applicable.
- Handle multiple assignments depending on project requirements.

Eligibility

- CA Finalist / Semi-Qualified CA / Experienced Audit Professional
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Audit / Assurance / Internal Audit
- Prior experience with Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit or similar assignments preferred.
- Candidates who have independently handled audit areas or complete assignments will be preferred.
