Manage software projects per bank processes

Clarify business requirements, provide resolutions

Understand application technology, contribute individually

Translate user stories into technical solutions

Provide detailed specifications to development

Propose, establish requirement gathering frameworks

Develop Proofs of Concept

Analyze current tech, improve performance, stability

Document, monitor recent tech requirements

Define project goals, manage execution

Resolve technical challenges with teams





Provide stakeholder updates

Approve project architecture

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Key Skills

Application development: ReactJS, Java, Golang, Python

Cloud-native application building

Agile development, architecture, management

Engineering practices: refactoring, design patterns, CI

Analytical, problem-solving skills

Complex problem solving, innovation

Experience Required

10-12+ years software development

Led teams as Engineering/Architecture lead

E-Commerce/consumer tech/financial services a plus
