Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the performance of multiple retail outlets within the assigned cluster.

Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.

Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and store hygiene.

Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and store teams.

Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational efficiency across outlets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.

Analyze business reports and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

Support recruitment, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in retail, QSR, bakery, food service, or FMCG operations.

Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or branches.

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
