RESPONSIBILITIES

* The role works closely with other SAP platform areas including Security/GRC,
ABAP, Integration, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
* Own the SAP Basis service and ensure delivery of reliable, secure, and reliable
SAP platform services through managed service providers.
* Govern vendor performance, service quality, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
* Provide SAP Basis architecture leadership and technical governance for
platform changes, projects, and transformation programs.
