Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Solve network connection, Wi-Fi, and VPN problems for users.
Asset Tracking: Keep a clear list of all company tech items and plan for current upgrades
Operating Systems: Know how to use Windows, macOS, and Linux.
IT Tools: Use remote help software and ticketing systems.
Communication: Listen well and explain technical fixes in simple words.
Qualifications
Graduate with 1-2 years Experience
