As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with inquiries and concerns, ensuring a warm and qualified approach.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, tailoring your approach to each customer's needs.
Build and maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities,



offering insights to enhance our customer relationship strategies.
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the data to improve our services.
Handle customer escalations and complex issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI or back-office environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.
