About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-agency, execution-focused Growth Manager to drive
scalable and sustainable growth for Paytm Postpaid. This is a hands-on role
centered on owning and running growth campaigns end-to-end, from increasing
awareness and reach, to improving conversion, retention, and monetization.
You will own campaign execution end-to-end, while staying close to key business
questions such as:
Where is the funnel leaking?
Which cohorts are behaving differently?
What are the biggest levers to grow loan disbursals?
Which user journeys or product flows are broken or inefficient?
