YOUR TASKS:

* Lead and manage the offshore team of key users, fostering a collaborative and
productive working workplace
* Mentor and support team members in their professional development and daily
responsibilities
* Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with the team, ensuring timely
and accurate delivery of results
* Act as the primary point of contact for all questions related to the offshore
team’s development and activities
* Represent the team in UAT calls, providing updates, insights, and solutions
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve issues related
to the implementation process
* Present the team’s progress and deliverables to internal and external
stakeholders
* Ensure alignment with project timelines and organizational goals
* Utilize knowledge of SAP S4HANA to guide the team in implementing end-to-end
service processes, like Service Contracts, Service Finance and Controlling ,
Service Operations and Maintenance , Material Management , After-Sales
Services
* Provide insights and solutions to optimize service area processes within




S4HANA
* Handle performance management, workload distribution, and conflict resolution
within the team
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
* Be the S4HANA key user to support the daily business operations as and when
needed

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or a related field.
* 15+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in SAP
implementation in the service area.
* Prior experience in S4HANA transformation projects, particularly in the
service domain.
* Familiarity with service processes in the wind energy sector is highly
desirable.
* Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end service processes (Service Contracts,
Finance, Maintenance, Material Management, and After-Sales).
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation ski
