JOB OBJECTIVE

*Coordinates with the cluster Learning & Development team in completion of
mandatory online modules.

*Leads the L&D; function in the hotel

*Organizes classroom traininigs as per the training calender.

*Assists in skill certification process for all front line associates.

*Identifying training needs on the basis of information through various
channels.





*Administers of training calendar.

*Assists the Learning & Development and Human Resources manager in driving the
Taj Swagat process.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

*Maintains training evaluation / feedback sheets.
*Updates all training related information on the Online Learning Managment
System application.

*Maintains and shares training related data with the department/s concerned
as & when required.
*Maintains a record of findings and action plans of various process related
audits.
*Records pertaining to Hotelier Development Program, Hotel Operations Training
Program, Virtual Assessment Centre reports etc.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

*Liasioning with various hotel management institutes, graduate colleges &
business schools for campus recruitment, Internship, Industrial exposure
training, Vocational training, assistance during outdoor caterings, guest
lectures etc.
