The impact you’ll make
The Spares Business Operations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Spares Planning Operations Executive and supports the Spares Supply Chain leadership team through performance management, operational analytics, and business transformation initiatives.This role is responsible for establishing visibility, governance, and accountability across key Spares Planning performance metrics, with a primary focus on inventory effectiveness and spares availability.The ideal candidate combines robust analytical capabilities with influence, communication, and change management skills. They must be capable of driving alignment across multiple stakeholders,



facilitating data-driven decision making, and providing leadership with clear insights into business performance and operational risk.
What you’ll do
Own the reporting, governance, and continuous improvement of key Spares Planning performance metrics.
Establish consistent KPI definitions, measurement methodologies, and performance targets across the organization.
Monitor and communicate performance trends related to:
Spares availability
Service levels
Inventory health
Inventory Turns
Bin level performance
Identify performance gaps and facilitate action plans with metric owners to drive improvement.
Lead regular business reviews that assess operational performance against established targets and commitments.
Ensure leadership has timely visibility into key risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
Business Partnership & Change Leadership
Serve as a key business partner to the Global Product Planning organ
