What You'll Be Doing
- Support Clinical Project Managers in the planning, startup, execution, monitoring,
and closeout phases of medical imaging studies.
- Develop, maintain, and organize project-related documentation, reports, presentations, and study materials.
- Review and edit project presentations, status reports, and client-facing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in project meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions to support project execution.
- Review and interpret study protocols and project requirements to support operational readiness and study compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and cross-functional departments to facilitate timely completion of study deliverables.
- Monitor project activities and communicate study needs, risks, issues, and progress updates to project leadership.
