We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aviation Trainer to deliver aviation training while preparing students for successful careers in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct aviation and soft skills training sessions.
- Mentor and guide students throughout their training.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for interviews and career opportunities.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
- Support placement and career readiness initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in aviation training or the aviation industry preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and student development.
