Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tiles Mason role based in Kharagpur. The Tiles Mason will prepare surfaces, mix and apply appropriate bonding materials, and install tiles with precise alignment and leveling in various settings such as floors, walls, and outdoor areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include cutting tiles to fit, following layout plans, performing grouting and finishing work, and ensuring that all installations meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with other construction professionals, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting renovation and repair work as needed.




Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust masonry skills, including experience with tile installation and general construction work.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with cement, including mixing, leveling, and applying mortar and adhesives.
- Candidates should possess brickwork skills, including laying bricks, aligning structures, and ensuring durable finishes.
- Candidates should possess renovation skills, including repairs, remodeling, and upgrading existing tiled and masonry surfaces.
- Candidates should possess stonework skills, including cutting, fitting, and finishing stone tiles or slabs.
- Ability to read and follow layout drawings or basic construction plans.
- Attention to detail, good spatial awareness, and ability to maintain high-quality finishes.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting materials and working in varied site conditions.
- Previous experience as a tiles mason or in a related construction role is preferred.
