About The Role

The Human Loops is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead internal projects End to End and drive project execution across the organization. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for project planning, day to day delivery and operations of the projects, client coordination, process improvement and operations.

We are a fast growing startup, we had 20 people 3 months ago, we no management team, today we are at 70 with management team in place and we are looking to onboard our 2nd project manager and grow our organisation towards 150 people in the next 2-3 months. We need someone who is willing to give it all, run on treadmill, everyday is a high energy day, lot of structure building, experimenting and building a Global company out of Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage project processes, frameworks, and governance.
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with multiple teams
- Build dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Ensure documentation, SOPs,



and project records are maintained.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor Operations Manager, Team Leads, and operational teams.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and improve accountability across teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Robust leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and operations.
- Experience managing day-to-day business operations along with strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Notion, Slack, claude, custom software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- MBA
