As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain robust relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Promote and upsell company products and services when appropriate.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Knowledge of BFSI industry is an advantage.
