About Nanobag

Nanobag (www.nanobag.com) creates ultralight, compact bags sold worldwide through our website, Amazon, and other channels. We’re looking for a Senior Meta Ads Creative to work on creative development for Facebook and Instagram and guide our team of graphic designers and video editors.

The Role

You’ll turn customer insights, product benefits, and performance data into compelling ad concepts. From the first hook to the final edit, you’ll guide execution, set explicit creative standards, and continually improve our ads through structured testing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong creative judgment with a clear understanding of what drives profitable ecommerce sales.

Responsibilities

- Develop fresh ad concepts, angles, hooks, scripts, and copy for static and video ads.
- Write clear creative briefs and give actionable feedback to designers and video editors.
- Research customer reviews, objections, competitor ads, and emerging formats to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze ad performance with the marketing team and translate findings into specific creative improvements.
- Build a prioritized testing pipeline, balancing new concepts with variations of proven winners.
- Own creative quality and delivery, ensuring every ad communicates a clear reason to choose Nanobag.

What We’re Looking For





- 5+ years of experience developing successful Meta ad creatives, with examples of measurable results.
- Experience leading or directing graphic designers and video editors.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, visual storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, concise scripts, and clear creative briefs.
- Confidence interpreting performance data and distinguishing promising concepts from weak execution.
- Excellent English, strong organization, and ownership from concept through delivery.

Strong Pluses

- Experience with DTC ecommerce, consumer products, or travel accessories.
- Experience developing UGC, creator-led content, and partnership ads.
- Hands-on skills in static design, video editing, or image retouching.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative development.
- Understanding of landing page messaging and the journey from ad to purchase.
