ROLE OVERVIEW

RZR is hiring a Regional Director of Revenue to own end-to-end revenue
performance across Sales and Customer Success/Growth for InSEA. This is one of
the most ambitious mandates in the company: build and run the commercial engine




that takes InSEA from its current scale to many times that size over the next
three years.

InSEA is a strategic hub for RZR, not just a sales region. Global function
leaders in Analytics, Machine Learning, Product, and more are based here, and
this role operates as a true peer to them — combining commercial execution with
the hub's technical and analytical firepower to drive growth for the region and
the company.

You will lead the InSEA commercial organization, including the Director of Sales
and the Growth/CS team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You
will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive tight
go-to-market execution, and you will represent RZR at the most senior levels in
the GCR market.
