Job Description – Telecom Design Engineer

Junior Design Engineer, Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Perform Pole Load Analysis (PLA) using O-Calc Pro.
* Analyze existing and proposed utility poles for structural capacity and
loading conditions.
* Review pole data, attachments, span information, and other relevant
engineering inputs.
* Prepare and validate pole loading calculations and engineering deliverables.
* Provide MRE (Make Ready Engineering) recommendations based on pole loading
results.
* Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks and detailed reviews of engineering
deliverables.
* Identify design discrepancies and ensure corrections are incorporated before
submission.
* Ensure designs comply with NESC standards, client specifications, and utility
requirements.
* Work on utility pole engineering and telecom attachment designs
