Position: Senior SAP Ariba Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

About the role:

- A senior operational support role within the SAP Ariba setting, responsible for ensuring business continuity, resolving operational issues, and supporting the retained-owner and governance model.
- Provide day-to-day functional and operational support across the SAP Ariba suite, with the ability to understand the end-to-end flow across upstream and downstream Ariba capabilities.
- Support SAP Ariba processes across Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, and SAP Business Network.
- Act as a key point of coordination between business users, IT, BPO teams, AP teams, and the retained owner for issue resolution and process continuity.
- Monitor interfaces and transaction flows across Ariba, SAP, Buy Wise, and AP systems, identify failures, and coordinate resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis on escalated Ariba, vendor master,



and integration issues and convert technical/system problems into actionable next steps.
- Support vendor maintenance, release readiness, regression testing, defect tracking, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
