POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy Deployment and Execution

Own the overall Roadmap planning exercise. Ensure that the roadmap vision is aligned and an execution plan is in place to ensure initiatives are planned, prioritized, released, and communicated effectively.

Integrate customer feedback, support data, and product usage signals into the prioritization process, using tooling where possible to reduce manual synthesis.

Plan, track, and measure Goals in R&D.; Ensure goals are aligned with leadership, updated on a cadence, and risks are called out proactively.
