Role Overview

This role will lead the end-to-end production of original long-form sports
content across JioHotstar and YouTube, delivering high-quality, engaging IPs
from concept to execution. The role combines creative storytelling, modern
production techniques, and close collaboration with producers, talent, and
operations teams to create compelling sports content while staying aligned with
the latest global sporting developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Will be responsible for overseeing the production of all Original Long Form
content IPs for JHS and YT.

* Responsible for putting together teasers, montages, segments and other
elements for original content.

* Should utilise the latest production techniques and available technology to
produce top class engaging content.

* Should regularly generate and pitch viable and compelling content ideas to
supervisors & show heads in production meetings and elsewhere.

* Works seamlessly with a wide range of production personnel including
producers,



PCR operations personnel and talent.

* Remains in sync with the worldwide sports news and uses information to
support productions and ensure accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

* 10-12 years of practical production experience required.

* Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance creativity,
productivity, research and content creation.

* Robust control over spoken and written English and spoken Hindi

* Thrives on deadlines, delivering high quality, accurate work in pressure
situations.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Stays abreast of technological advances in animation, video editing and
graphics

* Attention to detail is a necessity.

* Flexible attitude towards constantly changing work conditions and
environment.

* Must be comfortable about working in pre-assigned shifts.
