About the Role

The Manager, Tax Data Management & Innovation (TDMI), plays a critical role in
advancing Disney’s global tax technology and data strategy. This position
operates at the intersection of tax, data, and technology, driving automation,
improving data integrity, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
across Corporate Tax.

This role will assist with the execution and continuous improvement of key tax
platforms and data processes, including ONESOURCE DataFlow, Data Hub, Vertex,
and related tax technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong project
management discipline with hands-on technical proficiency and partners closely
with stakeholders across tax, finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions,
enhance reporting capabilities, and enable a more
