About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team on a remote, contract basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, hit targets, and grow into a long-term position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads to generate interest and drive sales
- Clearly explain product/service offerings and address customer queries
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert prospects into customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and outcomes in CRM/tracking tools
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant team when necessary
- Provide feedback on customer objections and market trends to improve sales strategy

Requirements

- Communication: Solid verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Technical: Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good listening skills and a persuasive, customer-friendly attitude
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
