Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive / BDE to drive B2B sales for YourBooks, an accounting and GST compliance software. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, conducting product discussions/demos, and managing the complete sales cycle until closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential B2B/SME customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the right solution.
- Conduct product demos and handle customer queries/objections.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Software Sales / SaaS / ERP Sales / Business Development.
- Strong experience in lead generation and end-to-end sales closure.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.
- Valuable communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, accounting, GST or other business solutions will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
