The Role
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lead Generation Intern to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of B2B lead generation and recruitment business development, working alongside our experienced team.
Responsibilities
Research & Identify Leads — Research potential clients and key decision-makers across various industries
Data Collection — Compile and maintain a database of leads, including contact details, company information and relevant notes
Cold Calling — Reach out to potential leads, introduce our services, and gauge interest
Email Outreach — Help create and run email campaigns to generate interest and qualify leads
Follow-Up — Coordinate follow-up activity,



including scheduling meetings or calls for the sales team
Market Analysis — Support the team in tracking market trends and spotting new lead generation opportunities
CRM Management — Keep lead information accurate and up to date in the CRM system
Reporting — Provide regular updates on lead generation activity and outcomes
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making cold calls and conducting email outreach
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
