About Pherey

Pherey is an AI wedding planner for global Indian families. Couples and their families plan together in one place and book experiential wedding vendors.

The role

You'll work with the founders and work on whatever moves the company forward that week. Your primary mandate is growing Pherey's vendor network in NCR and Bangalore:

- Finding the best experiential vendors
- Getting them onboarded, and making sure their listings are robust enough that couples actually enquire.

Around that, you'll pick up ops, research and go-to-market work as it comes up.

What you'll do

- Build target lists of vendors by category & city from Instagram, venue networks and referrals
- Reach out (calls, DMs, in-person visits), pitch Pherey and convert vendors into live listings
- Run onboarding end to end: packages, pricing, portfolios, and get the page published
- Own the vendor CRM sheet, keep it current and report pipeline and conversion numbers weekly




- Bring vendor feedback to product with a clear view on what to fix
- Support the founders on ad hoc work: competitor research, venue mapping, investor updates, launch ops

What we're looking for

- 0 to 2 years of experience, or a final-year student
- Comfortable cold-calling and DMing strangers and hearing "No"
- Organised with spreadsheets; you keep a pipeline clean without being asked
- Fluent in Hindi and English, clear writer
- Excited about startups, marketplaces or the wedding & creator economy
- Based in Delhi NCR
