Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in finance
analysis, business operations, and vendor management, ideally progressing to 4
years in increasingly complex roles Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial data to identify actionable trends, variances, and
opportunities for process improvement within business operations
* Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure scope accuracy
and timely deliverables
* Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and
resolving operational issues to drive efficiency
* Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting, forecasting,
and cost control initiatives
* Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual
obligations
* Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to
inquiries related to business operations and vendor agreements

Required Skills:




* Financial modeling using Excel
* SOW management and scope tracking
* Vendor management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
* Business process optimization in finance operations
* Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Financial reporting software
* Contract management platforms
* ERP systems (Netsuite (must), SAP, Oracle)

Preferred Skills:
* Risk management in vendor relationships
* Automation tools for finance operations (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx)
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance in finance
* Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a
related field
* Certification in financial analysis (such as CFA Level 1) or vendor
management (such as CIPS)
* Certification in business operations or project management (such as PMP or
Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
