Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in software
development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices
architecture Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python,
ensuring high performance and reliability
* Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating
React-based frontends with robust Python backends
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and
delivery of applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements,
architecture, and deliverables
* Optimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and
Redis to ensure effective data handling
* Manage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and
Kubernetes for seamless deployment and scalability
* Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and
efficient communication between services
* Mentor and guide junior developers,



conduct code reviews, and enforce best
practices in software engineering

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Python for backend development
* Experience with microservices architecture and design
* Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks
* Proficiency in Golang as a secondary backend language
* CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub
Actions
* Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
* Database management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
* API development and integration using REST and GraphQL
* Automated testing with PyTest

Preferred Skills:
* Hands-on expertise in React, including React Context and Redux
* Frontend styling with CSS, SCSS, or LESS
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Knowledge of advanced caching strategies and performance tuning
* Familiarity with security best
