Medtronic’s Soft Tissue Implants (STI) business focuses on implantable solutions
used in soft tissue repair and reinforcement procedures, including sutures and
hernia solutions. The portfolio supports surgeons, hospitals, and surgical teams
through clinically supported products designed to enhance procedural outcomes
and long-term repair strength. The business operates in a highly clinical,
hospital-based environment where success is driven by account development,
surgeon engagement, therapy adoption, and effective case support.
This position is based in Gurugram, India and follows a Hybrid work model.



The
role supports customers across the assigned territory and requires approximately
35% travel for customer engagement, surgical case support, training activities,
and business development initiatives.

Job Description field
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and
market share growth for the Soft Tissue Implants portfolio within the assigned
territory. The role partners closely with surgeons, hospitals, operating room
staff, and healthcare decision-makers to support product adoption, provide
procedural support, expand existing accounts, and identify recent business
opportunities.
