We’re Hiring | Fashion Designer – PARV

Sutra Men’s Studio is expanding with PARV, our premium menswear brand, and we’re looking for a Fashion Designer to join our team in Indore.

We’re looking for someone who understands men’s fashion, fabrics, styling and garment execution, and can work closely with customers and the production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop menswear designs based on customer requirements, occasion, fabric and current trends
• Guide customers on designs, fabrics, styling, fits and outfit selection
• Work with the tailoring and production team to ensure designs are executed correctly
• Handle fittings, alterations and final product detailing
• Keep up with current fashion and menswear trends
• Contribute to new designs and collections for PARV
• Handle customer interactions and support sales when required

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Designing or a related field
• Previous experience in menswear or fashion designing
• Good knowledge of men’s fashion, styling, fits, colours and garment construction




• Strong knowledge of premium fabrics and international fabric houses such as Zegna, Loro Piana and similar brands
• Knowledge of fabrics suitable for different outfits, occasions and seasons
• Good understanding of tailoring, stitching, industrial machines and handwork
• Knowledge of how to take a design from concept to finished garment
• Good customer-handling and communication skills
• Fluent spoken English is mandatory
• Qualified, well-groomed and presentable
• Must be based in Indore or willing to work on-site

SALARY

₹3 LPA+ depending on experience

Performance-based sales incentives will also be provided.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine creativity, strong menswear knowledge and practical execution, while also being comfortable working directly with customers.
