? WE’RE HIRING: UI/UX ENGINEER

Taxplan Advisor is looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Engineer to design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences across our website, web applications, and future products.

Work Mode: Remote / Freelance

Compensation: Up to ₹100000/- CTC Monthly

What You’ll Handle:

- Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design modern, responsive, and conversion-focused UI
- Translate business requirements into effective user experiences
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Improve existing designs based on user feedback and business requirements
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, spacing, colors, and visual hierarchy
- Conduct basic UX research and usability analysis
- Create design assets and specifications for development
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and best practices





Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles and UI design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Experience designing websites, dashboards, SaaS platforms, or applications
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is a plus
- Strong visual design and attention to detail
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, spacing, and accessibility
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Portfolio of UI/UX projects is required
