Role Description : This full-time hybrid Business Development Executive role focuses on driving new business and expanding client relationships. On a day-to-day basis, the individual will identify and qualify leads, manage outbound prospecting, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities. The role includes conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored digital solutions in partnership with internal teams. The Business Development Executive will nurture client accounts, track performance metrics,



and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth. Qualifications Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and manage a consistent sales pipeline. Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to handle client relationships and support long-term growth. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills in Malayalam and English to conduct effective meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Experience in digital transformation, SaaS, or technology services is beneficial. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment and meet defined sales targets. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
