Freelance Architect / Project Management Consultant – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

CAP ProjectX is looking for an experienced Freelance Architect / Project Management Consultant with robust experience in interior fit-out and project execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects independently, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and conducting **one site visit per week** to review progress and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor interior fit-out projects from design coordination through execution and handover
- Conduct one site visit per week to review project progress, quality, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, materials, and execution details
- Track project timelines, quality, and site progress
- Identify and resolve execution-related issues and coordinate timely decisions
- Monitor contractor/vendor performance and workmanship
- Ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution
- Prepare site observations, progress updates, action trackers,



and project reports
- Attend off-site coordination meetings as required
- Follow up on pending decisions, deliverables, and site actions
- Support project documentation, handover, and closure

Requirements

Architect / Interior Architect / Project Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience

Strong experience in commercial/interior fit-out projects

Good understanding of site execution, materials, drawings, and construction processes

Solid coordination and stakeholder-management skills

Able to independently manage project-related responsibilities

Good communication and documentation skills

Comfortable working on a freelance / project-based engagement

Willing to commit to one site visit per week

Prior experience handling projects end-to-end will be an advantage

Engagement

This is a freelance/project-based opportunity requiring approximately one site visit per week, along with periodic off-site coordination and meetings. There may be potential for ongoing assignments depending on project requirements.
