Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Trainee Sales & Service Coordinator. The Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day service coordination, managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Interaction with customers using HubSpot CRM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or any experience related to sales work
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus, not mandatory
